Rubin is the Chief Executive & Financial Officer at Target Group, Inc. Rubin brings over 30 years of international public and private sector experience. His focus has been driving the Company’s overall strategy including its Canadian and international expansion efforts as well as laying the foundation for the Company’s future move into cannabis-based consumer packaged products. His achievements include the development and management of multiple private and public enterprises. In his past career Rubin was President & Director at Hard Asset Capital Corp as well as Rubin and Associates financial services. Rubin received an undergraduate degree from Tel-Aviv University and an undergraduate degree from Saratov State University.
Sasha Starr – President
Sasha is the President of Target Group, Inc. Having lived and worked internationally, Sasha understands the many challenges corporations face in the complex global business environment. Sasha has extensive experience in the management of both public and private corporations, as well as proven leadership skills in the marketing, promotions and administration areas of the business. Whether driving new business opportunities in emerging markets to navigating through complicated regulatory issues, Sasha has successfully managed and navigated through a multitude of complex corporate situations.
Saul Niddam – Chief Innovation Officer
Saul is the Chief Innovation Officer at Target Group, Inc. Over his 40 year career, Saul has a proven track record for sales and leadership across various markets including; Seasonal goods, Apparel, Consumer Electronics and Toy categories. Saul has developed extensive relationships with major accounts across North America in the drug and retail landscape and has a deep expertise across consumer goods. Saul is also the President of Norlandam Marketing, Inc., a sales oriented marketing agency catering to national brands across North America. Mr Niddam is known as a passionate marketer with his finger on the pulse of current and future market trends.
